I have 22 years experience working in the Irish construction industry specialising in Glazing projects.
I spent the first 3 years of my career working as Project Manager for Harty Façade Engineering. For the next 11 years I worked as Contracts Manager for Williaam Cox.
I have developed strong management skills and understand the importance of building a successful team environment. I work very well under pressure and have a track record of achieving targets and executing contracts in an efficient and timely manner. I have excellent communication skills and have a reputation for building lasting working relationships with Clients, Design and Construction Teams.
In late 2011 Michael Nolan and I set up our own facade consultancy and maintenance business- Facade Inspections Limited.

l graduated from University College Dublin with a degree in Civil Engineering. Following this I spent 3 years working for a large main contractor where I gained valuable experience in construction methodology, before joining a specialist facade sub-contractor as contracts manager.
Since then I have worked primarily in the facade area, and have considerable experience in working with various types of cladding and glazing. I have worked at construction stage on several high profile projects, including the Aviva Stadium, Limerick University and Dublin Airport. I have also been involved with the development of planned preventative maintenance regimes for many buildings, including Dundrum Town Centre, Dublin Airport Terminals 1 and 2 and University College Dublin. l also hold a MSc in project Management from UCD Smurfit Business School.
